It comes in the shape of a light bulb, of an intense red color. It takes its name from the country of origin of its cultivation, Corbara, a small town on the slopes of the Lattari mountains. The climatic influence of the sea, the little water and the traditional cultivation, which takes place on rows in the shade, make the product take on the characteristic sweetness.
